ECO-JOBS is a project aimed at preparing vocational education and training (VET) students with the necessary skills to meet the demands of emerging green jobs. Through international collaboration, the project promotes eco-innovation and sustainability in education.

Through ECO-JOBS, students will gain practical experience in the green economy. Participants will design, create, and manage sustainable start-up businesses, acquiring essential skills for their future careers in green industries.

The project aims to:

Develop skills to address climate change.

Introduce green business models and professional profiles.

Utilize innovative educational methods such as business simulations.

Identify new green professional profiles.

Create a collaborative digital learning environment.

The project’s activities include mapping new green job opportunities, creating educational materials and video lectures, and training educators and students for new green careers. Students will have the opportunity to form international teams to develop sustainable business ideas. The results will be shared through newsletters, social media, and various events.

The project is a collaboration between partners from Italy, Spain, Germany, and Greece, including EGInA, La Porta Institute, GROWTHCOOP, EFAs, ITKAM, Odyssea, and DIMITRA.
