Project Description
EUPA main objective was to develop a model for the recognition and validation of the qualifications of for Personal Assistants (PAs) through the development of a qualification framework based on learning outcomes and an assessment tool to assess the situation of a PA on each of the learning outcomes identified. The assessment tool and the Training curriculum for the training of assessors along with the development of a modular curriculum & training material for training of PAs facilitated the development of a European standard certification for secretaries and Personal Assistants.
EUPA project raised awareness on the issue of qualifications recognition in partner countries while it developed assessment and methodological tools, materials etc. to support the recognition of qualifications.
