The Erasmus+ project ‘Skills Swap’, aiming at the exchange of skills between employees in Europe’s hospitality sector through work-based learning, where ‘DIMITRA’ Education & Consulting participates as a partner, has completed the first Intellectual Output, which concerns a methodological framework providing guidelines for the conditions developing this innovative practice.
