CERF is a two-year Leonardo da Vinci (Transfer of Innovation) project which aims to develop innovative training methodologies and curricula for five of the key competences within the European Reference Framework (ERF). It will also develop a multimedia certification model for the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes for the key competence: “Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship”. The innovation of the CERF project lies in that it both develops and opens up a training methodology and certification standard, not only to potential trainees but also to the business world, in order to be utilized the concept of ERF in an integrated manner by all of the agents involved in the vision of a cohesive and competitive European economy based on the knowledge society.
Η καινοτομία του έργου CERF είναι βασισμένη στο γεγονός ότι αναπτύσσει και εισάγει μια εκπαιδευτική μεθοδολογία και ένα πρότυπο πιστοποίησης, όχι μόνο για πιθανούς εκπαιδευόμενους αλλά επίσης και για τον επιχειρηματικό κόσμο, ούτως ώστε η έννοια του ΕΠΑ να χρησιμοποιηθεί με ένα ολοκληρωμένο τρόπο από όλους τους παράγοντες οι οποίοι εμπλέκονται στο όραμα μιας συνεκτικής και ανταγωνιστικής Ευρωπαϊκής οικονομίας σε μια κοινωνία βασισμένη στη γνώση.
