Project Description

Project EcoMentor will focus on the work-based learning (WBL) in the vocational sector of eco-industry. The main outcomes of the project will be the development of the system of certification of mentor’s competences in the sector of eco-industry, together with VET programme and blended learning VET course for mentors in eco-industry. Their implementation will complement skilled and experienced eco-industry professionals with mentoring competences enabling them to build a master-trainee relationship with trainees in the workplace, maximising the potential of trainees, developing their skills and improve their performance. Moreover, the project will upgrade the competences of professionals in the eco-industry resulting in the increase of their competitiveness in and attractiveness for the labour market and the increased opportunities for employment or for job keeping (especially for employees 50+).
